My reading was postponed until March 13th, but there's another cool event in New York next week:
Paradigm Shift: NYC’s Feminist Community is hosting an great event with Jessica Valenti, the author of “The Purity Myth: How America’s Obsession with Virginity is Hurting Young Women”
I'll also be there talking about my film and blog, and there will be time for all of us to share stories about the meaning and importance of virginity in our culture. So come down and hang out, network and talk virginity to your heart's desire.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Willie Mae Rock Camp For Girls, a non-profit music and mentoring program that empowers girls and women through music education and activities that foster self-respect, leadership skills, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
